1. Root Canal

Root
Canal infection is among the most common and widely
prevalent tooth condition the world over. The
root canal refers to the root portion of the tooth
that contains the pulp. Very often the pulp in
the cavity or chamber gets afflicted with injury
or infections making a root canal procedure necessary.
After a thorough dental check up, we advise the
procedure in cases where the infection has traveled
all the way from the crown to the root of the
tooth, in severe trauma where the tooth is avulsed
from the socket and in fractured teeth. The procedure
is also done in teeth where more crown reduction
is required for putting a crown aesthetically. |
2. Apicoectomy

Apicoectomy is a procedure that entails
the surgical removal of the root tip to treat
a dead tooth. It is advised in conditions where
the infection is chronically present at the apex
of the tooth and also in cases where there is
an abscess or a cyst.
3. Fillings – Composite

The
most common of dental treatments, fillings are
normally used for the restoration of lost tooth
structure by using materials such as metal, alloy,
plastic or porcelain. Fillings are widely used
in conditions where the tooth structure is lost
due to caries or attrition, or in the case of
tooth fracture. |
